Added - weapon configuration panel

- Implemented the functionalities to use the weapon configuration panel to setup any weapon as a UCC ready weapon at runtime
- Updated the weapon configuratior logic to make it use overrides in order to allow the game to use the base override functions to save, load, and sync changes for all players

- Added the fields to configure for each weapon the position and rotation offset
- Added a network object proxy system to sync runtime only weapon values such as current ammo amount on clip and pickup state
